Understanding our agreement

At Celebrant in The Shire, I believe in transparency and clarity. This page outlines the important contractual obligations for both parties, ensuring a clear understanding as we plan your special ceremony.

Your contractual obligations

To ensure a seamless experience, I ask all clients to understand their responsibilities within our agreement. This includes providing necessary information in a timely manner and adhering to agreed-upon schedules. A contract will be agreed upon at the first meeting and then both parties will adhere to it. Our aim is to create a beautiful and memorable ceremony, and this commitment helps us achieve this together.

Deposit and final payment

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your specific date and time with Celebrant in The Shire. The remaining balance for your ceremony is due 28 days prior to the scheduled date. This allows us to finalise all preparations without delay. I accept various payment methods for your convenience. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding payment schedules.

Cancellation policy

I understand that circumstances can change. In the event of a cancellation, the initial deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the ceremony date may incur a further charge based on the services already rendered and time allocated. I would encourage open communication and am always happy to discuss any concerns you may have regarding cancellations. Please refer to your specific contract for full details, or contact me at yourstory@celebrantintheshire.co.uk or 07882718855 for further clarification.
